Showcase your products across both nights:
Half table is $75
Whole table is $150
*If you are looking to split a full table with someone specific, please indicate their name on the form.
Vending hours will be:
Friday: 5 pm —7 pm (with the option of staying until 11)
Saturday: 4 pm —7 pm (with the option of staying until 11)
*Vendors are also welcome to sell during intermissions and at the end of the showcases on both nights.
(The doors to the venue are locked after the first 15 minutes of the show for security purposes)
The area will be accessible to non-ticket holders, but will be asked to leave once the event has begun.
Vendors may have up to three staff at a full table and two staff at a half table. Tables are located in both the Neptune Scotiabank Stage lobby and hallway. You will be assigned a space upon acceptance. Tables are a standard fold-out, and outlets can be accessed if needed. We will provide seating as well, but not linens/covers.
***Vendor fees do not include a ticket to the showcases.***
We are not able to accept any food or drink vendors at this time.
