We’re here to showcase the burlesque scene in Atlantic Canada as a destination for live events, skills development, and community building.

We’re here to promote and showcase Atlantic Canada’s burlesque community by:

Facilitating access to venues, artists, audiences, skills development, and community, which performers may not have opportunities to access otherwise
Encouraging communication and cooperation between burlesque scenes, troupes, performers, and audiences
Growing audience knowledge, exposure, and interest in burlesque
Providing a high-quality festival representative of and geared to Atlantic Canada’s burlesque community

Equity, inclusive, and safer spaces
Diversity of experiences and outlooks, ensuring we are uplifting the experiences of those who have been historically marginalized and oppressed within this art form
Education and skills sharing to move the sector forward collectively
Access to artistic expression for the betterment of the community
Health and physical wellbeing of our members and the sector
Access to clean, safe and high-caliber performance space
Equitable contribution and sharing of resources by members
